disclaimer Danger is an inherent part of Iceboating. Many factors such as ice conditions, change in weather, skipper errors, equipment failure and a host of other factors can contribute to the danger. Only the Iceboat skipper makes the decision to go on the ice and sail. However, the skipper is responsible to know the safety and right-of-way rules and carry safety equipment. You cannot hold the race chairman or other officers responsible for any claims or damages from negligence acts or errors. |
